The territorial jurisdiction of the Association as a Member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® includes the cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell and Petersburg, the towns of Chester, Emporia, Ettrick and the counties of Dinwiddie, Greensville, Prince George, Surry, Sussex and that part of Chesterfield County lying south of a line starting at Dutch Gap on the James River and extending in a westerly direction across Chesterfield County to its western boundary.
