New CVR MLS Listing Agreement

The new CVR MLS Residential Listing Agreement is now available for use by CVR MLS members. This form has been extensively revised and contains new required owner authorizations pertaining to the public display of listing information on the Internet. Members must complete new mandatory fields in TEMPO with these owner authorizations for all listings entered on or after June 11, 2009.

In addition to the new listing Agreement, a separate Owner Authorization Form is now available to obtain instructions from the Owner(s) for current active listings.
